How to use

Secure the 8 mm shank of the router bit into the router collet and tighten according to the router manufacturer's instructions. Select an appropriate rotation speed and feed rate for the material being machined. Make multiple shallow passes rather than one deep cut to achieve a clean finish and reduce load on the bit. Always ensure the workpiece is firmly clamped and the router is operated with steady, controlled movements.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, dust mask) and follow the router and accessory safety guidelines. Check the bit for damage before each use and replace if worn or chipped. Match feed speed and rotor speed to the material to prolong tool life and improve surface quality.
