Ekscentrični brusilnik Dedra DED7982 350W premer 150mm

The Dedra DED7982 orbital sander is a 350W sanding tool with a 150mm sanding pad diameter designed for smoothing and finishing a variety of surfaces. Its motor delivers consistent rotational and orbital movement to remove material efficiently while reducing visible sanding marks. The tool's lightweight construction and ergonomic shape support extended use and easier maneuvering across flat and contoured surfaces.

Advantages

The 350W motor provides a balance of power and control for medium-duty sanding tasks. A 150mm pad offers a practical working area for rapid material removal and surface refinement. The orbital action reduces swirl marks compared with straight-line sanders and helps achieve a more even finish. Compact and lightweight design improves handling and reduces fatigue during prolonged use. Durable construction contributes to reliable performance under regular workshop or on-site conditions.

Suitable for

• Preparing wooden surfaces for painting or varnishing
• Removing old finishes, paint or varnish from furniture and panels
• Sanding plaster, drywall or lightweight composite materials
• Surface smoothing prior to bonding or sealing

Key specifications

• Motor power: 350W
• Sanding pad diameter: 150 mm
• Orbital sanding action for reduced visible marks
• Lightweight, ergonomic body for easier handling
• Suitable for a range of sanding abrasives sized to 150 mm

How to use

Select an appropriate abrasive disc compatible with a 150 mm pad and attach it securely according to the manufacturer's fastening method. Start the sander at no-load to verify correct operation, then apply it to the workpiece with light, even pressure. Move the sander in overlapping passes, allowing the orbital action to do the work rather than forcing excessive pressure. Progress through finer grit abrasives to achieve the desired surface finish. After use, disconnect from power and clean dust from the tool and venting areas to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction or a vacuum attachment where possible to reduce airborne dust and extend abrasive life. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, a dust mask and hearing protection during operation. For best results on delicate surfaces, begin with a finer grit and test on a small area before full sanding.
