Kabelski adapter ProXtend USBMICROBA-USBCW

The ProXtend USBMICROBA-USBCW is a compact gender changer that converts a USB Micro B connection to a USB-C receptacle. Finished in white and built for everyday use, this adapter enables straightforward compatibility between older Micro B cables and modern USB-C ports for charging and data transfer. Its small form factor makes it convenient for travel, desk use, or as a permanent adapter in charging setups where Mixed USB connector types are present.

Advantages

This adapter provides a simple physical conversion from USB Micro B to USB-C without the need for new cables. The white housing is lightweight and discreet, and the connector interfaces are designed for frequent plug-and-play use. Because it is passive and compact, the adapter occupies minimal space while preserving the functionality of existing Micro B cables when used with USB-C devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices with a USB Micro B cable to a USB-C port
• Charging older phones, cameras, or accessories using newer USB-C chargers
• Data transfer between Micro B-equipped devices and USB-C computers or hubs
• Keeping in a travel kit, office drawer or attached to a charging station for mixed-device environments

• Connector 1: USB Micro B
• Connector 2: USB-C
• Product colour: White
• Form factor: Passive gender changer / adapter
• Primary use: Charging and data transfer (subject to cable and device capabilities)

How to use

Insert the USB Micro B plug from your existing cable into the adapter's Micro B socket, then plug the adapter's USB-C connector into the USB-C port of the target device or charger. Ensure both cable and device connectors are aligned before applying pressure to avoid bending pins. Data transfer and charging behavior will follow the specifications and limitations of the original cable and the connected devices; this adapter does not change protocol capabilities or power negotiation beyond physical connection.

Recommendations

Use the adapter with cables and devices in good condition to maintain reliable connections. For fast charging or high-speed data transfer, verify that the Micro B cable and the connected USB-C device support the required power and data specifications. Store the adapter in a dry environment and avoid excessive bending or pulling on connected cables to prolong service life.
