How to use

Place this Esselte Pendaflex hanging folder on the rails of a compatible filing cabinet or drawer. Insert A4 documents upright into the folder, aligning pages with the inner height to avoid bending or overfilling. Slide the metal or plastic hanging hooks (if present) onto cabinet rails so the folder hangs freely and can be moved along the rails for access. For frequent use, avoid overloading the folder beyond its capacity to maintain shape and suspension performance.

Recommendations

Store related documents together and use a label or tab on the folder edge for quick identification. Keep heavier or bulkier items in sturdier folders and reserve the Esselte Pendaflex cardboard hanging folder for papers, invoices, correspondence and records to ensure longevity and consistent performance.
