Arhivska mapa Herlitz 50043972 večbarvna karton A4 75mm

The Herlitz Multicolour box file for A4 documents is a cardboard binder designed to store and organise paperwork with a 75 mm spine width. Its compact dimensions — 75 mm width, 225 mm depth and 300 mm height — make it suitable for standard A4 sheets and typical office shelving. The product is manufactured in Germany and combines practical storage capacity with a colourful finish that helps visually separate subjects or projects.

Advantages

This box file provides a stable cardboard construction that supports upright storage and protects documents from dust and light. The 75 mm spine accommodates a significant number of sheets while keeping the binder slim enough for dense shelving. Its multicolour design aids quick identification of contents, and the A4 format ensures compatibility with common document sizes and office filing systems.

Suitable for

• Office filing and daily administrative paperwork
• Home document organisation (manuals, bills, warranties)
• School and university coursework, project files and notes
• Archiving project documentation and client records

Key specifications

• Format: A4-compatible
• Spine width: 75 mm
• Depth: 225 mm
• Height: 300 mm
• Material: cardboard
• Finish: multicolour
• Country of manufacture: Germany

How to use

Place A4 documents into the box file so that pages sit flat against the back panel; use dividers or labelled folders within the file to separate topics or dates. Store the file upright on a shelf by its spine for easy retrieval. For frequent access, keep the most-used documents near the front or use an internal folder for quick removal. When moving multiple files, stack them horizontally to prevent edges from bending.

Recommendations

Use the multicolour finish to create a colour-coded filing system (for example: finance, projects, correspondence), avoid overfilling beyond the 75 mm spine capacity to maintain shape and ease of handling, and store in a dry environment to preserve the cardboard material.
