Avdio kabel LogiLink CA1086 100 m prozoren

LogiLink CA1086 is a 100 metre transparent audio cable constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors. Both conductors have a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm² and the cable arrives without pre-attached connectors, allowing custom termination for specific audio installations. The transparent sheath provides a discreet appearance and easy visual inspection of the internal conductors.

Advantages

The CCA construction combines the lower weight and cost of aluminium with a copper outer layer to improve conductivity compared with plain aluminium. With 2.5 mm² conductors over a 100 m length, the cable is suitable for long runs while maintaining signal transmission for speaker-level audio. The transparent outer jacket resists wear and lets installers verify the conductor arrangement.

Suitable for

• Fixed speaker wiring in homes and small venues
• Long-distance audio runs between amplifier and speakers
• Custom cabling projects where connectors will be fitted on-site

How to use

Measure and cut the required length, strip the outer sheath and insulation from each conductor, then terminate with appropriate speaker connectors or solder directly to terminals. Ensure correct polarity when connecting positive and negative conductors to maintain proper speaker phase. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges and sources of electrical interference.

Recommendations

For best performance on long runs, keep individual cable lengths within practical limits for your amplifier power and speaker impedance; consider using larger conductors or multiple runs in parallel for higher power systems. Store and install the cable in dry conditions and avoid placing it close to mains power cables to reduce interference.
