Advantages

These colored pencils offer consistent colour strength and smooth blending properties that facilitate gradual transitions and layered effects. The pencils are made from durable materials that help reduce breakage and maintain a stable pencil point, while the wood casing is easy to sharpen. The balanced selection of 24 colours covers a wide spectrum for general illustration, note-marking and colouring projects.

Key specifications

• Pack contents: 24 coloured pencils with a range of hues including neutral and vivid tones
• Core composition: pigmented colour core formulated for smooth application
• Sharpenable wooden barrel suitable for standard sharpeners
• Suitable for a variety of paper types, including sketch and drawing paper
• Application: layering, shading and general-purpose colouring

How to use

Use a standard pencil sharpener to create a fine or blunt point depending on the level of detail required. Apply light strokes for base layers and increase pressure gradually for richer tones. Blend adjacent colours with gentle cross-hatching or circular motions; for broader blended areas, use layering techniques by applying successive thin layers of colour. When working on mixed-media projects, test compatibility with inks or water-based media on a sample sheet to ensure the desired effect.

Recommendations

Store pencils horizontally to minimise breaking of colour cores and keep them dry and away from direct heat. Replace the sharpener blade when sharpening becomes uneven to preserve the wood casing and core integrity.
