• Smoothing filler and putty to prepare for painting
• Deburring and light sanding on metal components
• General DIY renovation and professional finishing workflows

Key specifications

• Quantity: 25 pieces per pack
• Compatibility: fits a range of Bosch sanding tools and standard accessory holders
• Intended materials: wood, painted surfaces, filler, light metalwork
• Abrasive range: assorted grits for coarse to fine sanding (multiple grit steps included)
• Form factor: standard sanding shapes for orbital and detail sanding applications

How to use

Select an appropriate abrasive grit for the task, starting with coarser grit for material removal and moving to finer grit for finishing. Attach the chosen accessory to a compatible Bosch sander according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring a secure fit before switching on the tool. Apply even pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid creating dips or uneven areas; work progressively through grits until the desired smoothness is achieved. Replace worn pieces as their abrasive effectiveness diminishes to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use proper personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. Test an abrasive on a small area to confirm the chosen grit and avoid over-sanding delicate surfaces. Store the pack in a dry place to preserve abrasive performance and separate grits when planning a workflow to improve efficiency.
