Bosch 2 608 599 048 luknjača, 1 kos

The Bosch 2 608 599 048 hole saw is designed for creating clean circular openings in masonry materials. With an 8.2 cm diameter and a single-piece construction, this hole saw provides stable cutting performance when used with compatible rotary or hammer drills for brick, concrete and natural stone applications. The tool is intended to deliver precise, repeatable holes for installations such as pipe entries, conduit passages and other through-holes in solid substrates.

Advantages

The hardened cutting edge and robust body construction promote wear resistance and extended service life when cutting into abrasive masonry. The single-piece design minimizes flex and improves concentricity for cleaner hole walls and accurate diameters. The tool’s geometry and material choice reduce the need for frequent replacement during repetitive drilling tasks in brick, concrete and stone.

Suitable for

• Drilling openings for pipes and conduits in brick walls
• Creating cable entry points in concrete and masonry
• Installing ventilation or small duct penetrations in stone surfaces
• General purpose through-holes in solid construction materials

Key specifications

• Material compatibility: brick, concrete, natural stone
• Cutting diameter: 82 mm
• Construction: single-piece hole saw body
• Intended drill type: rotary and hammer drills with appropriate arbor
• Primary use: through-hole cutting in masonry

How to use

Secure the hole saw to a compatible arbor and mount it in a drill recommended for masonry work. Mark the center of the intended hole and start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot position, then increase speed and apply steady axial pressure. Use intermittent drilling to allow debris clearance and to avoid overheating. For deeper holes or harder stone, withdraw periodically to remove dust. Ensure the workpiece is supported and wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, gloves and a dust mask.

Recommendations

For best results, use a drill with sufficient power and a suitable hammer function when permitted by the arbor and hole saw design; use water cooling or reduced speed only if recommended for the specific masonry type to extend tool life and improve cut quality.
