Brusilni kolut KWB 491818 5 kosov

Sanding disc KWB 491818, Ø 115 mm, set of 5 pieces. These aluminium oxide abrasive discs have a phenolic resin bond and a robust backing with hook-and-loop fabric fastening. They are punched for dust extraction and made for use with random orbit sanders to sand wood, metal, paint, varnish and filler, providing consistent material removal and a smooth finish.

Advantages

The discs combine aluminium oxide abrasive with a phenolic resin bond for long life and consistent cutting performance. Strong backing and hook-and-loop attachment ensure stable mounting and quick disc changes. Punched design supports extraction of dust during sanding for cleaner work and improved abrasive life.

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible random orbit sander using the hook-and-loop backing. Ensure the disc is centred and firmly seated before switching on the tool. Start sanding with light pressure and even strokes, increasing pressure only as needed. Use dust extraction where available to remove particles and extend disc life. Replace discs when abrasive wear reduces efficiency.

Recommendations

For best results, select a grit appropriate to the task (coarser grits for material removal, finer grits for finishing). Maintain steady, even motion and avoid excessive pressure to prevent clogging and premature wear; use dust extraction if possible to improve performance and working conditions.
