Advantages

The adjustable speed allows adaptation to different materials and finishes, helping to avoid burning or excessive stock removal. The compact belt dimensions provide a good compromise between reach and control, making the sander suitable for both flat surfaces and more detailed sanding tasks. Integrated dust extraction reduces airborne dust and simplifies cleanup. The ergonomic grip and balanced weight distribution improve handling and reduce user fatigue.

Suitable for

• Sanding large flat wooden panels and boards
• Smoothing rough surfaces and removing old finishes
• Preparation of surfaces before painting or varnishing
• Working on furniture edges and interior carpentry tasks

Key specifications

• Belt width: 75 mm
• Belt length: 450 mm
• Adjustable speed control for material-specific sanding
• Integrated dust extraction port for connection to a vacuum or dust bag
• Ergonomic housing for comfortable grip
• Suitable for sanding wood, composites and similar substrates

How to use

Secure the workpiece and ensure the sander is switched off before installing abrasive belts of the correct dimensions. Start the machine and begin sanding with light, even passes along the grain or the intended direction, adjusting the speed control to suit the material and desired finish. Maintain steady pressure and keep the baseplate flat on the surface to avoid creating grooves. Use the dust extraction connection during operation to collect sanding dust and maintain visibility of the work area.

Recommendations

For best results, begin sanding with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits to achieve a smooth finish. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection. Regularly check and replace worn abrasive belts and empty or connect the dust extraction system to a suitable vacuum to preserve motor performance and reduce airborne dust.
