Brusne plošče Bosch Expert C470

EXPERT C470 for High Speed Sanding of Wood and Paint — abrasive sanding discs designed to maintain cutting performance on large surfaces by combining sharp grains with anti-clogging technology. The Bosch Expert C470 sanding discs come in packs of five and are suitable for fast sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces and some metal applications, offering consistent abrasive life to speed up work without sacrificing finish quality.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 features a combination of sharp abrasive grains and anti-clogging properties that reduce dust build-up and preserve cutting efficiency during extended use. Discs are produced to deliver stable performance across large sanding areas, which helps reduce the need for frequent disc changes and allows for faster work progress with an even surface result.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden boards and panels
• Removing or matting paint layers before repainting
• Prep sanding on metal surfaces (light material removal and finishing)
• Large-area surface preparation with power sanders

How to use

Mount the appropriate C470 disc on a compatible high-speed power sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Start sanding with steady, even pressure and move the sander smoothly over the surface to avoid gouging. Check the disc condition periodically and replace when abrasive efficiency decreases or the disc shows excessive wear to maintain consistent finish quality.

Recommendations

For best results, choose the correct grit for the task and match disc size to your sander. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and work in a well-ventilated area. For painted surfaces, test on a small area first to confirm the finish outcome.
