Brúsni list Metabo 635191000

The Metabo Sanding sheet 635191000 is a hook-and-loop abrasive sheet sized 80 x 133 mm with grit P60, designed for medium-to-rough material removal on surfaces such as metal, wood and polyester. Its 16-hole pattern aligns with many compact sanders to enable efficient dust extraction and reduce clogging during extended use. Supplied in packs of 10, these red sheets are compatible with Metabo and other hook-and-loop sanding pads that accept the 80 x 133 mm format.

Advantages

These sanding sheets combine a coarse P60 abrasive for fast stock removal with a robust backing and reliable hook-and-loop fixing for quick changes. The 16-hole configuration improves dust collection when used with a compatible extractor or vacuum, helping to keep the abrasive working longer and the work area cleaner. The sheets are produced to meet consistent grit distribution and offer stable performance across different materials.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and shaping rough wood surfaces prior to finer sanding or finishing.
• Removing paint, rust, or scale from metal components and assemblies.
• Shaping and trimming polyester or composite surfaces during repair work.
• Rapid material removal on doors, furniture frames, and construction elements.

Key specifications

• Format: 80 x 133 mm hook-and-loop sanding sheet
• Abrasive grit: P60 (coarse, for medium-to-heavy stock removal)
• Hole pattern: 16 holes for dust extraction
• Color: red
• Pack contents: 10 sheets per pack

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible 80 x 133 mm hook-and-loop sanding pad, ensuring the 16 holes are aligned with the tool’s dust ports for optimal extraction. Use steady, even pressure and move the sander across the surface in overlapping passes. For aggressive material removal, maintain moderate pressure and allow the abrasive to do the work to avoid overheating. Replace the sheet when the abrasive appears glazed, clogged, or worn to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the sanding sheets with a sander and dust extraction system that match the 16-hole layout. Start with P60 for heavy removal, then progress to finer grits as needed for smoothing and finishing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding metal, wood or polyester.
