Equip Equip krtačna plošča, črna RAL 9005

The Equip Brush Panel in Black (RAL 9005) is a 1U rack-mounted brush panel designed to organise and guide cables into 19" racks. The unit features a row of brush openings that allow cables to pass while minimising dust entry and preserving airflow. A rear support bar provides additional stability for routed cables and helps maintain orderly cable runs.

Advantages

The brush panel provides tidy cable entry and exit points while reducing dust and preserving rack airflow. Its 1U size and 44 mm usable width make it compatible with standard 19" racks. The rear support bar improves cable routing stability, and the black RAL 9005 finish matches common rack equipment.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centres
• Network cabinets and 19" racks
• Cable entry points where airflow and dust reduction are important
• Organising patch panel and switch cabling

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U rack-mounted brush panel
• Width (usable): 44 mm
• Depth: 92.3 mm
• Colour: Black (RAL 9005)
• Weight: 0.7 kg
• Compatibility: Standard 19" racks

How to use

Mount the panel in a standard 19" rack occupying a single U of rack space. Route cables through the brush openings to separate equipment inside the rack from the external cable environment; the bristles will retain cables while allowing movement and airflow. Use the rear support bar to guide and secure cable bundles, preventing strain on terminations and sustaining an organised layout.

Recommendations

For best results, position the brush panel at cable entry points to maintain airflow and reduce dust ingress. Avoid forcing oversized cable bundles through individual brush sections; distribute cables evenly and secure bundles to the rear support bar to prevent deformation of the brush bristles.
