How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and fill the oil container up to the indicated level. After frying, lift the basket to drain excess oil, switch off and unplug the fryer, and allow the oil to cool before removing the container for cleaning or storage.

Recommendations

Use fresh, filtered oil suitable for deep frying and avoid overfilling the basket to maintain even cooking. For best results, preheat the oil to the recommended temperature for the specific food type and dry wet ingredients before frying to reduce oil splatter. Regularly clean the removable components after cooling to prolong appliance life and maintain food quality.
