Esselte 320690 mapa z obroči A4 različne barve

The Esselte 320690 A4 ring binder is a practical storage solution for A4 documents, combining a cardboard core with a durable polypropylene cover. With external dimensions of 287 mm width, 52 mm depth and 318 mm height, the binder accommodates a substantial volume of papers while remaining compact enough for shelf storage. Assorted colours help with visual sorting, and the product carries Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification, indicating that the paper components originate from responsibly managed forests.

Advantages

The polypropylene cover offers resistance to wear, moisture and fading compared with plain paper covers, while the cardboard core provides structural stability and keeps the binder’s shape under load. The A4 format and 52 mm spine depth give ample capacity for multi-page reports, invoices and project files. Assorted colours allow colour-coding across departments or subject areas to simplify retrieval. FSC certification supports sustainable office practices.

How to use

Open the binder rings fully to insert or remove punched A4 sheets, dividers or clear pockets. Align punched holes with the ring mechanism and close the rings until they click to secure documents. Use the spine area for handwritten or printed labels to identify folder contents. Store vertically on shelves or horizontally in drawers; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain polypropylene colour stability.

Recommendations

For efficient organisation, group documents by project, date or subject and assign a distinct colour to each category. Use reinforced punched pockets for loose items and regularly archive or purge outdated papers to avoid overfilling the 52 mm spine.
