Ščitniki za ušesa 3M H540A

3M PELTOR Optime III (model H540A) ear defenders are high-performance hearing protectors designed for use in extremely noisy environments such as airports, power stations, marine engine rooms and print works. They provide a noise reduction of up to 35 dB and feature double-casing technology to minimise resonance and improve high-frequency attenuation. The large cup volume reduces heat and moisture build-up, while soft wide foam cushions deliver low contact pressure for comfortable prolonged wear. Cushions and foam inserts are available as replaceable Hygiene Kits to extend product life. The H540A is available in helmet-attached, neckband and Hi‑Viz variants; this listing describes the adult-sized black and red neckband/handheld style with durable construction suitable for industrial use.

The construction is durable for industrial conditions and the design supports consistent user compliance.

Ensure the cups fully enclose the ears and that there are no gaps caused by hair, glasses or other headgear. For helmet-mounted variants, attach the earmuffs according to the helmet manufacturer’s and 3M’s instructions. Inspect cushions and seals before each use and replace with Hygiene Kits if worn or damaged.

Recommendations

Use the 3M H540A in combination with other site-specific safety measures where required. Replace cushions and foam inserts periodically to maintain performance. Do not modify the product; follow local regulations and 3M guidance for hearing protection selection and maintenance.
