Hama 00201147 telefonski kabel 6 m črn

The Hama 00201147 telephone cable is a 6 m black connection lead designed to link telephones and related devices using a TAE (F) connector on one end and an RJ-11 plug on the other. The cable provides a straightforward wired connection for analogue telephone lines, ensuring consistent signal transmission for voice calls and compatible telephony equipment in home or office settings.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a practical length with a compact, unobtrusive black jacket that blends into most interiors. The mixed-connector design allows compatibility between equipment using the TAE socket and devices requiring an RJ-11 plug without additional adapters. Built with solid insulation and strain relief at the connector ends, the cable is intended for stable electrical contact and reduced wear during regular plugging and unplugging.

How to use

Insert the TAE (F) connector into the wall TAE socket or compatible base, and plug the RJ-11 connector into the telephone device’s line input. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and reduce tension on the connectors; secure with cable clips if needed. When removing, grip the connector housings rather than pulling on the cable to avoid damaging the strain relief.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, keep the cable away from sources of high heat and protect it from heavy compression. If using with devices in different rooms, plan cable routing to minimise exposure to foot traffic and potential trip hazards. Replace the cable if connectors show visible corrosion or the insulation becomes cracked.
