The Xavax 00111890 inlet hose by HAMA is a stainless steel water supply hose designed for washing machines. Constructed as a single-piece hose, it provides a corrosion-resistant, flexible connection between the household water supply and the appliance. The hose is intended to ensure a tight seal and reliable water delivery for everyday laundry use while being compatible with different washing machine brands.

The stainless steel construction offers high resistance to pressure and external damage and reduces the risk of bursting or leaking compared with conventional rubber hoses. Featuring a one-piece design, the hose simplifies installation and reduces potential weak points. How to use

Turn off the water supply and the washing machine before installing the hose. Attach one end of the inlet hose to the household water outlet and the other end to the washing machine inlet valve, tightening the threaded fittings by hand and then with a suitable wrench until secure; avoid overtightening. After installation, turn on the water and check all connections for leaks while running a short water intake cycle on the machine. If any seepage appears, retighten fittings slightly or reseat the sealing washers as required.

Recommendations

Inspect the inlet hose periodically for visible signs of wear, kinks, or damage and replace it immediately if defects appear. Do not subject the hose to sharp bends or heavy mechanical stress. Use the hose for cold water supply only unless the product documentation indicates suitability for hot water. When replacing an existing hose, verify compatibility of thread size and sealing washers with the appliance inlet.
