Herlitz 10842284 mapa z obroči A4 črna

The Herlitz 10842284 A4 ring binder in black is a storage and organisation solution for A4 documents. Designed with a 7 cm spine, it provides capacity for a substantial number of papers while maintaining a slim external profile. The binder secures sheets with a metal ring mechanism and offers a durable cover surface suitable for everyday handling in office, home, or study environments.

Advantages

This Herlitz ring binder combines a robust ring mechanism with a reinforced spine to keep documents aligned and protected. The black cover gives a neutral, professional appearance and resists visible wear from handling. Its 7 cm spine increases capacity compared with standard thin binders, allowing consolidation of multiple reports or project folders into a single unit. The simple construction makes inserting and removing punched paper quick and reliable.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 reports and reference documents
• Storing training materials and course handouts
• Collecting invoices, receipts and financial paperwork
• Maintaining project files and meeting notes

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Spine width: 7 cm capacity
• Cover colour: black
• Closure: metal ring binding mechanism
• Material: rigid cover suitable for repeated handling

How to use

Open the metal rings by gently pulling the ring tabs apart and insert punched A4 sheets so that the holes align with the ring mechanism. Close the rings until they click to secure the papers. Place dividers or labelled separators between document groups as needed to create logical sections. Use the spine surface for a label to identify the binder contents when stored on a shelf.

Recommendations

For longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the 7 cm spine capacity and store the binder upright on a shelf. When transporting, keep the binder flat or upright with the rings closed to prevent pages from shifting. Use standard punched A4 paper or hole reinforcements for frequently handled pages to reduce wear.
