Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format: A4 (suitable for A4 sheets and documents)
• Design: multicolour finish for visual sorting
• Quantity: single folder per pack

How to use

Insert A4 sheets into the folder pocket, aligning edges to ensure full coverage and prevent curling. Use the multicolour coding to separate subjects, projects or clients by assigning a colour to each category. Store the folder flat in a shelf or upright in a rack to avoid bending the contents. For transport, place it inside a briefcase or bag where it will lie flat to limit pressure on enclosed documents.

Recommendations

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth to remove dust or light stains; do not use aggressive solvents. For archival storage of important documents, combine the folder with acid-free sleeves or boxes for long-term protection.
