The enclosure supports organised cable entry and strain relief, helping to maintain consistent network performance and easier maintenance over time.

Key specifications

How to use

Prepare the Cat6 U/FTP cables by stripping the outer sheath and exposing the shield according to the cabling standard in use. Position the cables into the junction box entries, secure shielding continuity and apply strain relief to prevent mechanical stress on terminations. Make the required terminations or splices inside the enclosure, then close the box to protect connections from dust and accidental contact. Ensure that any mounting screws and cable clamps are tightened to maintain a stable installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain proper shielding continuity and avoid sharp bends at cable entry points. Use appropriate cable glands or grommets if installing in environments where moisture or dust ingress is a concern, and follow local wiring codes and standards when connecting and grounding shielded cabling.
