Izvijač Wiha 362ESD posamični

The Wiha 362ESD Single screwdriver is designed for precision work in electrostatically sensitive environments. It combines a chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel blade with a corrosion-resistant chrome plating and a Wiha ChromTop® finished tip for reliable fit and long life. The ergonomic SoftFinish® multi-component handle with roll-off protection provides safe handling and an electrostatic surface resistance suitable for ESD work. With a length of 164 mm and a weight of approximately 28 g, this compact screwdriver offers good maneuverability for detailed tasks.

Advantages

The blade is made of through-hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel with chrome plating and a ChromTop® tip to ensure precise engagement and wear resistance. The SoftFinish® ergonomic handle features roll-off protection and an electrostatically dissipative surface (resistance 10^6–10^9 ohms) to reduce static build-up. Lightweight construction and a compact 164 mm length improve control during fine assembly and repair work.

How to use

Select the correct Torx tip size for the fastener and align the screwdriver tip squarely with the screw head to avoid cam-out. Apply steady, controlled torque while maintaining a secure grip on the SoftFinish® handle. For ESD-sensitive work, ensure you are working on an appropriately grounded or static-dissipative surface and that your personal grounding measures are in place before handling components.

Recommendations

Use this screwdriver only for tasks within its intended torque range and avoid applying excessive force. Store in an ESD-safe tool tray or pouch when not in use and inspect the tip regularly for wear; replace the tool if the tip is damaged to maintain proper engagement and prevent damage to fasteners and components.
