Key specifications

• Tool type: hand-operated blind riveter
• Weight: 2.62 kg for stable handling
• Construction: robust metal housing and mechanical components
• Operation: mechanical lever action for blind rivet installation
• Suitable rivet materials: aluminium, steel and other common blind rivet alloys

How to use

Prepare the workpieces by aligning and clamping them, then drill a hole matching the rivet diameter. Insert the blind rivet into the hole and place the riveter's nosepiece over the rivet mandrel. Squeeze the handles evenly until the mandrel breaks and the rivet is compressed. Release the handles and remove the spent mandrel. For consistent results, check that the nosepiece matches the rivet size before beginning and ensure the tool is clean and free of debris.

Recommendations

Use appropriate rivet diameters for the material thickness and select nosepieces that correspond to the rivet size. Wear safety glasses during operation and inspect the tool periodically for wear. Store the riveter in a dry place and perform light lubrication on pivot points as needed to maintain smooth lever action.
