Krimpne klešče DeLOCK 90558 črno-rumene

The DeLOCK 90558 crimping tool is a compact, hand-held tool for crimping wire end ferrules (0.25–6 mm²). It features a robust black and yellow construction, ergonomic handles and a square crimp profile that presses the ferrule from four sides to form a reliable connection at cable ends. A built-in locking mechanism secures the tool when not in use.

Advantages

The tool produces a square mandrel profile for consistent, high-quality crimps and ensures ferrules are firmly seated. Ergonomic handles improve grip and handling during repetitive tasks. A three-stage audible locking mechanism prevents accidental opening or closing and keeps the tool safely locked when stored. Its compact size and balanced weight make it suitable for confined spaces and regular use.

How to use

Insert the stripped conductor into the ferrule, position the ferrule into the appropriate crimping zone of the DeLOCK 90558, and squeeze the handles evenly until the tool completes the crimp. The square mandrel profile will form the ferrule around the conductor. Release the handles; the three-stage locking mechanism will audibly indicate its position. Use the locking latch to secure the pliers for storage.

Recommendations

Use ferrules within the specified 0.25–6 mm² range and ensure conductors are stripped to the correct length before crimping. Regularly inspect the crimping dies for wear and keep the tool clean and lightly lubricated at the pivot to maintain consistent performance.
