Key specifications

• Maximum capacity: 5 kg

• Tare function: included for container subtraction
• Units of measure: selectable units (g/kg, oz/lb) for versatility
• Design: slim platform with easy-to-clean surface

How to use

Place the kitchen scales on a stable, level surface and insert batteries if required. Press the power button to turn the unit on and allow the display to zero. Place an empty container on the platform and use the tare function to reset the display to zero before adding ingredients. Add items gradually until you reach the desired weight, switching units if needed for specific recipes. Turn the scales off after use to conserve battery life and wipe the platform with a damp cloth to clean.

Recommendations

For best accuracy, use the scales on a flat, vibration-free surface and avoid weighing hot items directly on the platform. When measuring multiple ingredients in one container, use the tare function between additions. Clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or submerging the unit in water.
