KVM kabel Trendnet TK-CP06 črn 1,83 m

The TRENDnet TK-CP06 KVM cable is a 1.83 m connection cable designed to link a KVM switch to a computer's USB keyboard and mouse ports. With a compact black jacket and a total weight of approximately 224 g, this cable provides the physical reach and USB interface needed to integrate desktop systems into a single-console control setup. The cable supports standard USB keyboard and mouse signals and is intended for use with compatible KVM switches and host computers.

Advantages

The cable's 1.83 m length offers practical reach for typical workstation and rackmount arrangements without excessive slack. USB connectivity for both keyboard and mouse ensures straightforward plug-and-play operation with most modern computers and KVM switches that accept USB input. The black outer finish provides a neutral appearance for office or data center environments, and the moderate weight indicates a durable build suitable for repeated connection cycles.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer to a compatible KVM switch for keyboard and mouse control
• Small office and home office setups where a central console controls multiple PCs
• Server racks or IT closets with short-distance cable routing requirements
• Workstations where USB keyboard and mouse signals need to be extended to a switch

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.83 m
• Keyboard port type: USB
• Mouse port type: USB
• Product colour: Black
• Approximate weight: 0.224 kg

How to use

Connect the cable's USB connectors to the corresponding keyboard and mouse ports on the host computer, and plug the other end(s) into the matching ports on the KVM switch according to the switch's user guide. Ensure the computer and KVM switch are powered on and recognized by each other; most setups will detect keyboard and mouse devices automatically. Route the cable to avoid interference with other cabling and secure it if required to prevent accidental disconnection.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable in environments within normal office temperature and humidity ranges, avoid sharp bends near connector ends, and verify compatibility with your KVM switch model. When installing in rack or raised-floor environments, secure excess length and avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical lines to minimize interference.
