Lindy 1m kabel DisplayPort v DVI-D

The Lindy DisplayPort to DVI-D Cable (1 m) connects a DisplayPort-enabled source — such as a PC or laptop — to a DVI-D display. It provides a 1‑metre length for flexible placement and supports high-definition video resolutions up to 1920×1200 at 60 Hz, enabling reliable transmission for monitors, projectors or TVs that accept DVI-D input.

Advantages

This single-cable solution eliminates the need for adapters when linking DisplayPort outputs to DVI-D displays. The 1 m length balances desk tidiness and reach, and the cable’s construction ensures stable signal transfer for video up to 1920×1200@60Hz. The black finish blends with most setups and the cable is simple to connect without additional drivers or power.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop or desktop with DisplayPort to a DVI-D monitor
• Adding a secondary display to extend desktop workspace
• Connecting a DisplayPort source to projectors or TVs with DVI-D input

How to use

Power off devices if recommended by your hardware manufacturer. Insert the DisplayPort end into the source device’s DisplayPort output and the DVI-D end into the display’s DVI-D input until secure. Power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Configure resolution and display mode (mirror/extend) in the operating system’s display settings as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable for video-only connections where the source provides a DisplayPort output and the display accepts DVI-D. If you require audio or higher resolutions, consider a different cable or adapter that supports those features.
