Mapa Elba A4 50 mm modra – obročna mapa/vzvodna mapa, model 100555308

Elba Folder A4 with a 50 mm spine in blue is a ring/lever-arch style binder designed for storing and organising punched A4 documents. The cover and reinforced spine provide a stable structure that keeps sheets flat and aligned. The mechanism supports frequent opening and closing while maintaining secure retention of papers, making the folder suitable for use in offices, homes or study environments where neat filing and easy access to documents are required.

Advantages

The 50 mm spine offers capacity for a substantial volume of A4 sheets while keeping the binder compact enough for shelf storage. The lever-arch mechanism permits fast insertion and removal of punched documents and ensures a reliable grip on papers. The durable cover resists everyday wear and preserves a professional look. The blue colour provides clear visual identification and easy organisation among other folders.

Suitable for

• Storing and organising punched A4 documents
• Office filing of reports, invoices and project paperwork
• Home or student use for notes, study materials and assignments
• Archiving periodic documents where moderate capacity is required

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Spine width: 50 mm
• Colour: blue
• Type: ring/lever-arch binder
• Cover material: durable rigid cover

How to use

Open the lever-arch mechanism by lifting the lever to release the rings, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings, then close the mechanism to secure the documents. Place the folder upright on a shelf or flat in storage; use the spine width to estimate capacity before adding additional documents. For frequent reference, label the spine or cover for quick identification.

Recommendations

Use A4 documents with standard two- or four-hole punching compatible with lever-arch mechanisms. Avoid overfilling beyond the 50 mm spine capacity to prevent strain on the mechanism and to maintain neat filing. Store the binder upright in dry conditions to protect the cover and papers.
