Key specifications

• Format: A4, suitable for standard A4 sheets
• Material: cardboard with reinforced fold
• Colour: yellow for visual sorting
• Pack contents: single folder per pack
• Certification: Blue Angel for reduced environmental impact

How to use

Insert A4 documents directly into the folder, aligning the paper with the inner edges to prevent creasing. Use the folder to separate documents by subject, date or project and store upright in shelving or archive boxes to maintain shape. For frequent use, label the outside edge with a marker or attach a removable label to the front for easy identification. Avoid overfilling the folder to keep the cardboard from bending.

Recommendations

Keep the folder in dry conditions and away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and material strength. For long-term archiving, use acid-free interleaving sheets if documents require enhanced protection. Combine with other colour-coded Herlitz folders to create a consistent filing system.
