The Pelikan 276870 circulation folder is a set of three cardboard folders designed for A2-format documents. Each folder combines a slim, lightweight construction with a rigid cardboard shell to protect large papers from bending and surface damage. Available in black, blue and pink, the folders are suitable for storing, transporting and presenting posters, charts, architectural drawings and other oversized sheets while keeping contents flat and easy to access.

Advantages

The cardboard construction balances stiffness and portability, providing basic protection without adding significant weight. A pack of three allows color-coded organization and rapid identification of different projects or subjects. The A2 sizing ensures compatibility with common large-format materials used in design, education and office environments. The folders feature a straightforward slim profile that fits into larger portfolios or shelving for compact storage.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting A2 posters, prints and large drawings
• Organizing student art projects and classroom materials
• Presenting charts and visual aids in meetings or classes
• Temporary protection of architectural and engineering plans

Key specifications

• Format: A2 (suitable for A2-sized sheets and similar large-format materials)
• Material: cardboard construction for lightweight stiffness
• Color set: black, blue, pink
• Pack quantity: 3 folders per pack
• Profile: slim design for space-efficient storage and transport

How to use

Place A2 documents flat inside the folder, ensuring edges are aligned with the folder opening to avoid creasing. For transport, stack folders flat and keep them on a rigid underlay where possible to minimise bending. Use different colors to separate projects or categories; label the outside edge or insert a cover sheet if you need quick visual identification. When storing long-term, keep folders upright in a dry, temperature-stable environment to preserve shape and avoid moisture damage.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling a single folder and do not store loose small items inside that could create pressure points. Combine the folders with a rigid portfolio or flat storage box when moving multiple items to ensure consistent protection during transport.
