Mapa z obroči A4 Herlitz maX.file zelena

The Herlitz maX.file Green ring binder is made for A4 documents and offers a practical solution for storing and organising loose sheets. Constructed from durable materials, the binder uses a D-ring mechanism to hold punched paper securely and reduce page shifting. Its green cover provides easy visual identification on shelves and in filing systems, making it suitable for everyday use in school, office or home environments.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism ensures even distribution of pages and smoother page turning compared with standard round rings. The cover material resists daily wear and provides reliable protection against bending and light moisture. A reinforced spine allows the binder to stand upright on shelves, and the simple closing system keeps papers securely in place during transport.

Suitable for

• Storing A4 documents, reports and project files
• Organising coursework, notes and handouts for students
• Filing office paperwork, invoices and client records
• Archiving manuals, specifications and reference materials

Key specifications

• Format: A4 compatible
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for stable page alignment
• Cover: durable, wear-resistant material
• Spine: reinforced to keep binder upright on shelves
• Colour: green for clear visual identification

How to use

Open the D-ring by lifting the ring latch and insert punched A4 paper onto the rings. Close the rings until they click to ensure sheets are secured. For best organisation, group documents with dividers or labelled sections before inserting them. Store the binder upright on a shelf or place it flat in a drawer depending on available space. To remove or rearrange pages, open the rings, reposition sheets, and close the rings again.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the binder, avoid overfilling beyond the ring capacity and keep it away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive moisture. Use standard A4 punched paper and consider adding plastic sleeves for frequently handled documents to reduce wear.
