It has a durable cover and a round-ring mechanism that enables smooth page turning and secure retention of punched sheets. The binder is suitable for everyday use in school, office or home environments where neat storage and quick access to documents are required.

Advantages

This ring binder combines a sturdy cover material with a reliable round-ring mechanism to ensure pages remain aligned and intact during handling. Its green cover provides clear visual identification on shelves or in file cabinets. The construction supports frequent opening and closing without significant wear, and the internal ring design allows pages to turn freely with minimal catching.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 documents, reports and manuals
• School notebooks, handouts and assignments
• Office filing of contracts, invoices and project files
• Home record keeping and personal document storage

Key specifications

• Format compatible: A4 paper
• Ring type: round-ring mechanism for punched sheets
• Cover color: green
• Cover material: durable coated board (rigid cover)
• Capacity: suitable for multiple sheets (depends on paper thickness and ring diameter)
• External dimensions: sized to fit standard A4 documents

How to use

Open the binder by pulling the ring mechanism apart according to the binder's opening method, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings and close the rings until they click to ensure secure retention. Distribute pages evenly to avoid uneven strain on the rings. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to maintain cover shape and protect contents from moisture and dust.

Recommendations

For best results, use standard A4 hole-punched paper and avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity. Keep the rings clean and free of debris to maintain smooth operation; if pages catch, check alignment and realign the rings before forcing them closed.
