Microconnect USBAAF2 USB kabel USB 2.0 1,8 m USB A siv

The Microconnect USBAAF2 is a 1.8 m USB 2.0 extension cable with USB A plugs on both ends, designed to extend existing USB A connections and enable data transfer up to 0.48 Gbit/s. Nickel-plated contacts provide corrosion resistance and consistent signal performance, and the grey jacket offers a neutral appearance for desktop or office setups.

Advantages

This USB 2.0 cable supports standard full-speed and high-speed USB data rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and is compatible with devices and cables that use USB A connectors. The nickel-plated contacts improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation over time. At 1.8 metres length, the cable offers extra reach while remaining lightweight and easy to route.

Suitable for

• Extending a USB A to USB A connection
• Connecting peripherals with USB A ports over short to medium distances
• Temporary workstation or office cable routing

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB A
• Connector 2: USB A
• USB version: USB 2.0 (up to 0.48 Gbit/s)
• Cable length: 1.8 m
• Product colour: Grey

How to use

Plug one USB A connector into the host device or cable and the other USB A connector into the peripheral or extension target. Ensure connectors are fully inserted to establish a stable data connection. This cable is intended for data extension and not for converting connector types; use matching USB A ports on both ends.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to high-power mains cables and keep connections dry. If required for charging or high-power devices, verify the connected devices' power requirements, as USB 2.0 A-to-A cables are primarily intended for data extension rather than power delivery.
