The DeLOCK 86543 network junction box White is a compact housing designed for organized cable management of network connections. Constructed from durable ABS plastic and finished in white, the enclosure provides a protected space to join, route and secure Ethernet and other low-voltage cables. With dimensions of 60.5 mm wide, 85 mm deep and 31.5 mm high, the box fits into tight installation locations while offering accessible internal space for connectors, splices or small modules.

Advantages

The ABS housing offers impact resistance and dimensional stability, maintaining a neat appearance in both residential and office installations. Its compact footprint allows placement behind wallplates, inside cabinets or under desks without occupying excessive space. The neutral white color integrates easily with common interior finishes and the enclosed design protects cable joins from dust and accidental contact.

Suitable for

• Joining or terminating Ethernet (Cat5e/Cat6) and other low-voltage network cables
• Small patch points behind wallplates or furniture
• Protecting splices, crimped connectors and small active modules
• Tidy cable routing in home networks and small offices

Key specifications

• Material: ABS plastic for mechanical protection and durability
• Color: white for unobtrusive installation
• External dimensions: 60.5 mm (width) × 85 mm (depth) × 31.5 mm (height)
• Internal volume suitable for connectors, splice sleeves and small modules
• Designed for low-voltage network cabling and related accessories

How to use

Open the junction box, route cables through the entry points and position connectors or splices inside the enclosure. Secure connections according to standard cabling practice, ensure strain relief where needed and close the lid to protect internal components. Mount the box in the desired location using appropriate fasteners or adhesive methods compatible with the installation surface. Verify that cables are not pinched and that the lid is seated evenly to maintain protection.

Recommendations

Use the junction box for low-voltage network installations only; avoid inserting mains-voltage wiring. For best results, maintain proper bend radii for Ethernet cables and provide strain relief at cable entry points. When installing in concealed or high-traffic areas, ensure the mounting method secures the box against movement and that any ventilation or heat-producing modules installed inside remain within their specified operating conditions.
