Neupravljano stikalo Trendnet TI-E80

The TRENDnet TI-E80 is an unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch with eight 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 ports designed for straightforward network expansion. It supports full duplex operation and complies with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab and 802.3x standards. The switch includes a MAC address table with 1000 entries and a switching capacity of 1.6 Gbit/s. Compact and wall-mountable, it accepts a DC input voltage range from 12 to 56 V and is finished in black for discreet installation in small office or home network environments.

Advantages

The Trendnet TI-E80 offers plug-and-play installation with no configuration required, enabling fast deployment of additional network ports. Its support for full duplex communication improves throughput on compatible devices, while the 1.6 Gbit/s switching capacity and a 1000-entry MAC address table ensure efficient frame forwarding for typical small-network traffic. The wide DC input range and wall-mountable design provide flexible placement options where centralized power sources or rack space are limited.

Suitable for

• Expanding wired port count in small offices or home networks
• Connecting printers, IP phones, and desktop computers
• Providing additional switch ports near workstations or network closets
• Use in environments that require wall-mounted, space-saving network hardware

How to use

Place the switch on a stable surface or mount it on a wall using compatible fasteners. Connect the switch to your network by plugging Ethernet cables into the RJ-45 ports; the device operates without configuration. Attach the appropriate DC power source within the 12–56 V range and verify link/activity LEDs to confirm network connectivity. Connect end devices such as PCs, printers or IP phones directly to the switch ports for immediate network access.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use category-rated Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher) and ensure connected devices support 10/100 Mbps operation. Keep the switch in a well-ventilated location away from direct heat sources and moisture. If deploying multiple switches, plan cable runs to minimize unnecessary collisions and consider uplinking to a higher-capacity switch or router when aggregating heavy traffic loads.
