Nosilec Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-PT6

The Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-PT6 is a universal camera mount designed for reliable installation of surveillance cameras. With a compact footprint and white finish, the mount provides a stable platform for indoor or sheltered outdoor camera installations while keeping a low visual profile. Its construction supports a maximum camera weight of 4.5 kg and has a diameter of 13.7 cm with a height of 42 mm, offering compatibility with many mid-size dome and bullet cameras.

Advantages

The mount combines lightweight construction (approximately 280 g) with sufficient load capacity for most standard security cameras up to 4.5 kg. Its compact dimensions simplify placement in constrained spaces and reduce visual impact on façades. The white finish helps the mount blend with light-coloured surfaces, and the design provides a firm attachment point that enhances camera stability and reduces vibration.

Suitable for

• Wall or ceiling installation of dome and bullet security cameras
• Indoor monitoring in offices, retail and public buildings
• Sheltered outdoor installations such as under eaves or verandas
• Retrofit projects where a compact, low-profile mount is required

Key specifications

• Maximum supported camera weight: 4.5 kg
• Diameter: 137 mm
• Height: 42 mm
• Weight of mount: approximately 280 g
• Color: white
• Compatibility: universal design for many dome and bullet camera housings

How to use

Choose a suitable mounting surface that can bear the combined weight of the mount and camera. Mark and drill the required fixing holes according to the mount base, insert appropriate wall plugs if mounting on masonry, and secure the mount with suitable fasteners. Attach the camera to the mount using the camera's supplied screws or compatible fasteners, and adjust the camera position for the desired field of view. Ensure all fastenings are tightened and verify stability before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

For outdoor use, install the mount in sheltered locations to protect against direct rain and extreme weather. Use corrosion-resistant fasteners for long-term durability and verify that the mounting surface is structurally sound. When installing heavier camera models near the 4.5 kg limit, double-check fastener torque and consider additional support to reduce stress on the mount.
