Odpremna vrečka MAILmedia C4 samolepilna rjava 20,4 g – MAILmedia 389067

MAILmedia C4 self-adhesive brown mailing bag is designed to hold C4-size documents and materials without folding. The envelope is made for quick packing with a peel-and-seal closure and has a lightweight construction of 20.4 g that reduces postage costs while providing basic protection during transport. Its brown outer surface conceals contents from view and presents a neutral appearance suitable for business and retail mailing needs.

Advantages

This mailing bag combines a size-appropriate fit for C4 documents with a self-adhesive flap that speeds up packing and secures contents. The low individual weight contributes to lower shipping fees, and the robust envelope material resists tearing and moisture to a degree sufficient for standard postal handling. The neutral brown finish is practical for batch mailing and simple labeling.

Suitable for

• Sending A4 documents, catalogs or certificates without folding
• E-commerce shipments of flat items such as magazines or thin brochures
• Office distribution of reports and large-format paperwork
• Mailings where a low-weight, self-sealing solution is required

Key specifications

• Envelope format: C4 (fits unfolded A4 sheets)
• Closure type: peel-and-seal self-adhesive flap
• Color: brown
• Weight per envelope: 20.4 g
• Construction: single-piece mailing bag suitable for postal handling

How to use

Insert documents or flat items into the bag so they lie evenly and do not exceed the envelope edges. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive flap and press firmly along the seal to ensure full contact and a secure closure. For added protection during transit, consider reinforcing seams or placing the mailing bag inside an outer carton if the contents are fragile or require extra stiffness.

Recommendations

Store envelopes in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. When preparing multiple mailings, label or apply postage after sealing to avoid interfering with the adhesive. For valuable or fragile contents, combine with internal padding or choose a more rigid outer packaging.
