Odpremna vrečka MAILmedia C4 samolepilna z oknom, rjava

MAILmedia C4 self-adhesive mailing bag with window in brown is designed to carry and protect documents up to C4 size while enabling address or invoice visibility through a transparent window. The bag features a peel-and-seal adhesive closure for fast, secure sealing and a reinforced flap to help maintain protection during postal or courier transit. Its exterior is brown kraft-style material that provides a neutral, professional appearance and resistance to light handling damage.

Advantages

The self-adhesive closure simplifies packing by eliminating separate tape or glue, saving time for repetitive mailing tasks. The transparent window makes recipient details and invoices visible without opening the bag, reducing handling and speeding up processing. The C4 format accommodates unfolded documents, booklets, and catalogs, while the brown paper-like surface conceals contents and offers a tidy presentation for business correspondence.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, contracts and official documents
• Sending catalogs, brochures and unfolded flyers
• Courier deliveries requiring visible address or packing lists
• Internal document transfer between offices or branches

Key specifications

• Format compatible with C4 documents (fits unfolded A4-sized sheets)
• Self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure for quick sealing
• Transparent window for address or invoice visibility
• Brown kraft-style exterior for a neutral professional look
• Suitable for postal and courier shipments

How to use

Insert the documents so that the address or invoice aligns with the transparent window, then remove the protective strip from the adhesive closure and press the flap down firmly to seal. Ensure contents lie flat and avoid overfilling to maintain the integrity of the closure and to prevent damage during transit. If additional protection is needed, place documents in a plastic sleeve before inserting into the mailing bag.

Recommendations

For reliable results, store mailing bags flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. When sending important or sensitive documents consider using additional protective inner sleeves and choose registered or tracked shipping options as appropriate.
