Omrežni kabel Goobay 95556 1,5 m Cat5e U/UTP

The Goobay 95556 networking cable is a 1.5 m Cat5e U/UTP patch cable with RJ-45 plugs and gold-plated contacts. It supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is finished in a vivid yellow color for easy identification and cable management. The cable combines high-quality inner conductors with robust sheathing to provide a stable connection for home and small office networks.

Advantages

Reliable signal transmission at high speed, gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for improved contact quality and corrosion resistance, U/UTP construction for reduced interference, and a durable outer jacket that withstands everyday handling. The 1.5 m length offers a practical balance between flexibility and neat cable routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and network devices to routers or switches
• Home network installations and small office LANs
• Patch panel to switch or wall socket connections

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Length: 1.5 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall braid not present; individual pairs unshielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Color: yellow

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (PC, switch, router or wall outlet) and the other into the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click and avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable to maintain performance. For organized installations, route the cable along cable ties or channels and leave some slack for movement.

Recommendations

Use the cable for standard Ethernet connections within a single room or between nearby network components; for environments with strong electromagnetic interference or longer runs beyond typical office distances, consider shielded or higher-category cables.
