Orodje Dremel 636 26150636JA

The Dremel Tool Dremel 636 26150636JA wood drill bit set includes four centering-point bits for accurate drilling in wood. The set contains bits with diameters of 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm. A titanium coating increases wear resistance and extends service life while maintaining cutting performance.

Advantages

The centering point ensures precise starts and reduces wandering when drilling. Multiple diameters cover common wood-drilling needs for small dowels, pilot holes and finish work. Titanium coating improves durability and helps maintain bit sharpness over repeated use.

Suitable for

• Drilling pilot holes for screws in wood
• Creating holes for small dowels and pins
• Fine woodworking and hobby projects
• Repairs and joinery where precise hole placement is required

How to use

Select the drill bit with the required diameter and secure it in the Dremel rotary tool chuck or collet according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Position the centering point on the marked drilling location, start the tool at low speed to establish the hole and then increase speed as needed while applying steady, moderate pressure. Withdraw the bit occasionally to clear wood chips and avoid overheating.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses and dust mask) and select speeds suitable for the wood type; softer woods can be drilled at higher speeds, while hardwoods benefit from moderate speeds and intermittent drilling to prevent bit overheating. Store the bits in a dry place to preserve the titanium coating.
