Patch kabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 40m rdeč

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP patch cord (40 m) is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed network connections. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable provides improved bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise margin for stable, low-error data transmission. Both ends are terminated with RJ-45 connectors and the cable comes in a red jacket for easy identification.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, which helps maintain signal integrity over longer distances. The Cat.6 specification supports higher bandwidth compared with lower categories, allowing for faster data rates and improved performance in demanding network environments. The 40 m length offers flexibility for larger installations while the RJ-45 terminations ensure wide device compatibility.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections in offices and data rooms
• Patch panels and switch ports
• Cabling between network equipment across medium to large rooms
• Environments requiring reduced interference (near equipment racks, power lines)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug of the patch cord to the Ethernet port of a switch, router or patch panel and the other end to the corresponding device port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP patch cord within standard temperature and humidity ranges, avoid running it parallel and close to mains power cables, and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are visibly damaged.
