The Staedtler 60 BK Black permanent marker set contains four fine-tip markers with black, fast-drying ink formulated for reliable marking on a wide range of surfaces. Designed for tasks that require precise lines and long-lasting legibility, these markers deliver water-resistant, smudge-resistant marks suitable for indoor and outdoor environments. The compact barrel and cap design provide comfortable handling and secure storage between uses.

Advantages

These Staedtler permanent markers combine a fine, firm tip for accurate line work with quick-drying, water-resistant ink that resists fading and smearing. The markers are ready to use out of the pack and maintain consistent ink flow for uniform strokes. The set of four ensures spare units are available for ongoing projects or shared use in workshops, offices, or schools.

Suitable for

• Labelling plastic, glass and metal surfaces
• Writing on cardboard, paper and packaging materials
• Marking tools, equipment and cables
• Detail work on craft and DIY projects

Key specifications

• Ink colour: black
• Tip type: fine point for precise lines
• Ink characteristics: quick-drying, water-resistant, permanent
• Pack contents: 4 markers
• Suitable surfaces: paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, metal and similar materials

How to use

Remove the cap and test the marker on a scrap piece of the target material to confirm line thickness and ink adhesion. Apply with steady pressure and a consistent angle to produce even strokes. Replace the cap after use to prevent drying. If prolonged storage is required, store horizontally to help maintain even ink distribution across the tip.

Recommendations

For best results, clean and dry non-porous surfaces before marking. Allow ink to dry fully before handling, and avoid exposing fresh marks to heavy moisture or abrasion. Use on porous surfaces may require multiple strokes for full opacity.
