Use the raised edges to keep portions contained while carrying or serving. The tray can be used in the oven for cooking or reheating at temperatures up to 220°C. After use, wipe clean with a soft cloth or wash by hand using warm soapy water; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils to protect the non-stick coating.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick surface, avoid cutting or using sharp metal tools on the tray and do not place the tray in a dishwasher. Preheating the oven and spacing items evenly on the perforated base will help achieve consistent crispiness.
