How to use

Place the grill on a flat, stable outdoor surface away from overhangs and combustible materials. Connect the gas supply following local safety regulations and verify all connections for leaks before igniting. Preheat the grill with all required burners on to reach the desired cooking temperature, then adjust individual burner controls to create direct and indirect zones. Use the main cooking grate for searing and side zones for slower cooking or keeping food warm. After use, turn off the burners and gas supply, allow the unit to cool, and clean the cooking surfaces and drip areas according to manufacturer care guidelines.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill thoroughly to achieve consistent searing and use the zoned burners to manage different food types and cooking times; regular cleaning of grates and grease channels improves heat distribution and reduces flare-ups.
