Podloga za pisanje A4 Herlitz 11205671 modra

The Herlitz Clipboard A4 (model 11205671) is a lightweight document pad made of durable polystyrene in a blue finish, designed to securely hold A4 paper and single documents. The clipboard combines a slim profile with a spring-loaded metal clip to keep sheets flat and organised during writing or transport. Its A4 format matches standard documents and forms, making it suitable for classrooms, offices, meetings and fieldwork where a stable writing surface is required.

Advantages

The polystyrene construction provides resistance to scratches and everyday wear while keeping the clipboard light for easy carrying. The metal clip exerts reliable pressure to prevent papers from slipping and allows quick insertion and removal of sheets. The A4 size ensures full coverage of standard documents without folding, and the blue colour gives a clean, professional look that is easy to identify in bags or on desks.

Suitable for

• Students taking notes or completing worksheets in classrooms
• Office staff handling forms, checklists and meeting documents
• Field workers and inspectors who need a portable writing surface
• Events and registration desks for signing and filling documents

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for standard A4 paper)
• Material: durable polystyrene body
• Colour: blue
• Clip type: spring-loaded metal clip for secure paper holding
• Profile: slim and lightweight design for portability

How to use

Place the A4 document or stack of sheets under the metal clip and press the clip to open it, then release to secure the papers. Use the clipboard as a stable surface for writing, filling out forms or reviewing documents while standing or moving. For best results, avoid overloading the clip with excessively thick stacks of paper to maintain secure holding and prevent deformation of the polystyrene edge.

Recommendations

Store the clipboard flat or hang it by the clip when not in use to prevent warping. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents to preserve the polystyrene finish. For heavy-use environments, inspect the clip periodically and replace the clipboard if the holding force decreases significantly.
