Polnilnik baterij Ansmann Powerline 8

The Ansmann Powerline 8 is an indoor battery charger designed for NiMH and NiCd rechargeable cells in AA and AAA sizes. It supports up to eight batteries and offers worldwide input compatibility (100–240 V AC). The charger provides individual supervision and multi-coloured LED indicators for each slot, with built-in protections including reverse polarity, faulty-cell detection and multiple over-charge safeguards.

Advantages

The charger allows discharging of batteries before charging and performs automatic -dV cutoff with trickle charging to maintain battery health. Each cell is monitored individually to prevent overcharging, and the device detects accidental insertion of alkaline cells. A dedicated USB charging socket (5 V / 1000 mA) expands usability for other devices.

Suitable for

• Charging NiMH and NiCd AA batteries (up to 8 cells)
• Charging NiMH and NiCd AAA batteries (up to 8 cells)
• Situations requiring individual battery supervision and status indication
• Household use with worldwide mains supply (100–240 V AC)

Key specifications

• Input: 100–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz
• Charging current (round cells): 500 mA
• Discharging current (round cells): 200 mA
• Typical charging time for AA (Mignon) 1000 mAh: approx. 2.4 h
• USB output: 5 V / 1000 mA
• Supported battery sizes: AA, AAA
• Number of cells supported: up to 8

How to use

Insert up to eight NiMH or NiCd AA/AAA rechargeable cells into the charger observing polarity. The charger can discharge batteries before charging if required; use the device controls (if present) to select discharge or charge cycles. Monitor the multi-coloured LED indicators to check each slot’s status. When charging is complete, the charger switches to trickle mode after automatic -dV cutoff to maintain charge. Use the USB socket to charge USB-powered devices at 5 V / 1000 mA.

Recommendations

Use only NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries; the charger detects and prevents charging of inappropriate alkaline cells. Ensure correct polarity on insertion, place the charger on a stable, non-flammable surface, and observe the manufacturer’s safety instructions for indoor use and mains voltage compatibility (100–240 V AC).
