Polnilnik baterij Varta LCD Multi Charger+

The Varta LCD Multi Charger+ is a compact charger for up to 8 NiMH rechargeable batteries (AA and AAA). It features an LCD for status monitoring and supports global input voltage (100–240 V), making it suitable for household use and travel. The charger provides individual charging channels with a typical charging time of 4 hours for AA and AAA cells at their respective currents.

Advantages

The charger offers eight independent charging slots so different numbers and combinations of AA and AAA NiMH cells can be charged simultaneously. It uses the negative delta V detection method to identify full charge, includes a timer cut-off, and protects against short circuits, wrong polarity and charging of primary or defective cells. The unit is compact, runs worldwide on 100–240 V and comes with a 3 year guarantee.

Suitable for

• Household recharging of AA NiMH batteries
• Household recharging of AAA NiMH batteries
• Charging mixed sets of AA and AAA cells simultaneously
• Travel use thanks to global 100–240 V compatibility

Key specifications

• Supported battery types: NiMH (AA, AAA)
• Number of slots: 8 independent channels
• Input voltage: 100–240 V (global)
• Typical charging time: 4 hours
• Charging currents (typical): AAA ~200 mA, AA ~450 mA
• Protections: minus delta V detection, timer cut-off, short circuit protection, wrong polarity protection, bad cell / alkaline detection

How to use

Insert AA or AAA NiMH batteries into any of the eight slots observing correct polarity. Connect the charger to a 100–240 V mains outlet; the LCD will indicate charging status for each channel. The charger monitors each channel individually using minus delta V detection and will stop charging when a cell is fully charged or when the timer cut-off is reached. Remove batteries after charging is complete.

Recommendations

Use only NiMH rechargeable AA or AAA batteries. Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable (alkaline) cells. If a cell shows signs of damage, leakage, or reversed polarity, remove it and do not use it in the charger. For best results, charge batteries at room temperature and store charged cells in a cool, dry place.
