How to use

Before first use, wash the frying pan with warm water, mild detergent and dry thoroughly. For best non-stick performance, preheat the pan on low to medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Biostone coating. Avoid heating the empty pan at high temperature. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then hand wash with a soft sponge; abrasive cleaners and steel wool should be avoided to preserve the coating.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick coating, avoid metal utensils, do not use high heat settings above the specified maximum, and store carefully to prevent scratches. Regular gentle cleaning after each use will help maintain performance and appearance.
