The HERMA 1427 Transparent card pocket is a protective sleeve sized for A4 documents (210 x 297 mm). Manufactured from clear, durable plastic, it provides unobstructed visibility of inserted cards or papers while shielding them from dust, moisture and wear. The smooth, transparent finish allows printed text, photos and barcodes to remain readable without removal, supporting efficient handling and identification in folders, binders or during transit.

Advantages

The transparent material gives immediate visual access to contents, reducing handling time. Its A4 format fits standard documents and presentation sheets, and the robust construction ensures repeated use without tearing or deformation. The simple open edge design permits quick insertion and removal of cards or single sheets while maintaining a secure fit. The neutral transparency blends with different organizational systems and helps maintain a professional appearance.

Suitable for

• Protecting A4 size documents, presentation materials and instruction sheets
• Storing certificates, ID cards, schedules and reference sheets in folders or binders
• Temporary display of information in offices, reception areas or at events
• Organizing archival folders, mailings and project documentation

How to use

Slide an A4 document, card or single sheet into the open edge of the card pocket until it rests fully inside. For best protection, align the paper with the pocket edges to avoid creasing. Recommendations

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce potential fading of inserted prints. Do not use with laminated items that substantially increase thickness, as this may affect fit.
